Cyrille Petit

Cyrille Petit serves as the Chief Corporate Development Officer and Head of Strategic Initiatives at Bracco Group since May 2019, playing a key role in Transactions, Strategy, and Corporate Initiatives as a member of the Executive Committee. In addition, Cyrille Petit holds multiple board positions, including Independent Board Member at Virbac and Euromedica Group, and Non-Executive Director at Polarean Imaging plc. Previous experiences include serving as Chairman of the Board at Flowonix Medical, and Chief Corporate Development Officer at Smith & Nephew, where a successful track record of over 20 transactions totaling more than $4 billion was established. Early career roles include General Manager positions at GE Transportation and GE Healthcare, as well as Director of Business Development at GE Capital. Cyrille Petit earned a Master of Arts in Finance from HEC Paris.
