Grace Reksten Skaugen

Grace Reksten Skaugen serves on the Supervisory Board since the AGM of 12 May 2016 as an Independent Member. She is Chair of the Supervisory Board and Chair of the Remuneration Committee. She is a member of the Corporate Governance and Nomination Committee, the Audit and Risk Committee and the Sustainability Committee.

Grace Reksten Skaugen is a Trustee member of The International Institute of Strategic Studies in London. From 2002 till 2015, she was a member of the Board of Directors of Statoil ASA. She is presently a Board member of Investor AB, Lundin Energy AB, and PJT Partners, a US boutique investment bank.

In 2009 she was one of the founders of the Norwegian Institute of Directors, of which she continues to be a member of the Board. From 1994 till 2002 she was a Director in Corporate Finance in SEB Enskilda Securities in Oslo. She has previously worked in the fields of venture capital and shipping in Oslo and London and carried out research in microelectronics at Columbia University in New York. She has a doctorate in Laser Physics from Imperial College of Science and Technology, University of London. In 1993 she obtained an MBA from the BI Norwegian School of Management.
