Christos Biniaris

Christos Biniaris is an experienced professional in the fields of software engineering and research and development, currently serving as Development Manager (POS) and Software Engineering Manager at Euronet Worldwide since February 2022. Previously, Christos held various roles at EDPS SA from March 2009 to February 2022, including Head of R&D and Senior Engineer, where responsibilities included establishing R&D strategy, leading technical teams, and integrating payment platforms. Earlier experiences include an R&D Engineer role at VMW Solutions Ltd, where participation in EU-funded research projects focused on healthcare technology, and a postgraduate researcher position at the National Technical University of Athens, contributing to antenna design and computational electromagnetics. Christos Biniaris holds a PhD and a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens and the University of Patras, respectively, along with numerous publications and conference proceedings.
