Jyotsna Desai-Gala

Jyotsna Desai-Gala has a diverse work experience spanning over different companies and sectors. Beginning in 2003, they worked as an HR Assistant at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, where they were responsible for telemarketing and recruitment processes. Jyotsna then moved on to JPMorgan Chase & Co. in 2004, where they served as a Customer Service/HR Adviser, providing financial banking solutions and managing databases. From 2006 to 2011, Jyotsna worked at Rolls Wood Group as a Senior HR Business Partner, handling strategic and managerial responsibilities.

In 2011, they joined Brammer Group as the Group Human Resources Manager, and later became the Group Head of HR from 2015 to 2016. In this role, they focused on driving efficiency, coaching, and leading change in a fast-paced sales-driven environment. After Brammer Group, Jyotsna served as the Group HR Director at Rubix from 2017 to 2018. Subsequently, they worked as a Portfolio Strategic HR Consultant at LKH Advisors from 2018 to 2019, where they specialized in organizational development, change management, and driving transformation.

In 2019, Jyotsna took on the role of Interim HR Director at Lekela Power, a renewable power generation company, where they delivered clean energy projects across Africa. Finally, in the same year, they became the Human Resources Director - EFT at Euronet Worldwide. Throughout their career, Jyotsna has demonstrated their expertise in strategic HR business partnering, driving change, and supporting global expansion initiatives.

Jyotsna Desai-Gala completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Finance & Accountancy at Mumbai University from 2001 to 2004. Later, they pursued an MSc in Human Resource Management (HRM) from The Robert Gordon University from 2005 to 2006. Finally, they obtained an MSc in Employment Law from Robert Gordon University from 2007 to 2010.
