Ahmed Benchehida

Ahmed Benchehida is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and portfolio management, data governance, and engineering. Since March 2012, Ahmed has held key roles at Euronext, currently serving as the Head of Projects and Portfolio Management and Head of Data, where the focus is on Data Governance and Data Engineering. Ahmed played a pivotal role as Software Engineering Manager in successfully delivering the Derivatives version of the Optiq platform to production in November 2019, following the successful launch of the Cash Market version in June 2018 as Project Manager. Earlier experiences include leading teams at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking, where initiatives to implement Agile and Continuous Integration were advanced, and delivering reporting processes for OTC derivative products at BT. Ahmed holds a Master of Engineering in Computer Science from CPE Lyon and has foundational education in preparatory scientific studies.
