Sylvia Andriessen

Sylvia Andriessen is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as General Counsel for the Euronext Group since September 2018, Sylvia previously held the position of Deputy General Counsel at both Euronext and COFCO International. Prior to that, Sylvia was Chief Legal Officer at Nidera, where significant corporate integration was achieved following its acquisition by COFCO. Additional experience includes serving as General Counsel at ODIGEO Group and Provimi Holding BV, as well as a formative role at Unilever that spanned 17 years, where Sylvia held multiple titles including General Counsel Benelux. Sylvia Andriessen holds a law degree from Radboud University.
