Valerie O'Flaherty

Valerie O'Flaherty currently serves as the Head of Irish and UK Debt Listing and Vice President of Business Development, Debt at Euronext since May 2021. Prior to this role, O'Flaherty held multiple positions at the Central Bank of Ireland, including Senior Prospectus Regulator in the Securities and Markets Supervision Division from February 2015 to May 2021, and spent time in the Corporate Finance Division on secondment in June 2011. O'Flaherty's earlier experience includes working as a Listing Executive at Arthur Cox from January 2014 to February 2015 and at Arthur Cox Listing Services Limited from October 2006 to January 2012. O'Flaherty graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a Bachelor's Degree in Business and German in 2002.
