Alison Flannery is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and operational management. Currently serving as a Learning and Development Specialist at Europa Worldwide Group since May 2019, Alison previously held the position of Operations Manager in the contact center. Prior to this role, Alison was Commercial Manager at Menzies Response from 2017 to May 2019, and previously held various roles within Menzies Response including Head of Customer Services. Alison began the career at Orbital Response as Contact Center Manager from 2002 to 2010 and progressed to Client Services Manager from 2011 to 2013. Alison holds a degree in Business and Tourism from Glasgow Caledonian University, completed between 1993 and 1997.
