Russell Chaplin

Russell Chaplin is the Chief Investment Officer at Europa Capital. Previously, Russell served as the Chief Executive Officer at Intrinsic Value Real Estate Advisers. With a background in real estate investment and strategic planning, Russell has also held positions such as Chief Investment Officer at Aberdeen Standard Investments and Global Real Estate Strategist at UBS. Russell is an Associate Fellow at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Russell also has a strong academic background, holding a PhD and MPhil in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge, as well as a BSc (Hons.) in Estate Management from Heriot-Watt University.
