Vincent Teyssot

Vincent Teyssot has extensive experience in financial management within the music and entertainment sectors. Currently serving as Secrétaire général and Chief Financial Officer at EuropaCorp since January 2016, Vincent previously held the position of Finance Director at Warner Music France from October 2013 to May 2015, where responsibilities included overseeing the EMI France merger and PPA accounting. At EMI Music, from 2003 to 2013, Vincent progressed from Central Business Support to Finance Director (CFO), managing a significant operation with 100M€ in revenue and 18M€ EBITDA. Vincent began career as a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young, focusing on accounts certification and audits for a variety of high-profile clients. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Audit Finance from HEC Paris and a Civil Engineering degree from ESTP, along with studies in Economics and Accounting at Paris-Sud University and an intensive undergraduate course at Lycée Sainte Geneviève.
