James Stuart

James Stuart serves as the Director of Legal, Governance and Integrity at the Royal Yachting Association and as Interim CEO of RYA Cymru Wales. Additionally, James is the Chair of the Education Partnership North East, overseeing the largest college group in the North East, and holds directorial roles with One Planet Consulting and the Scottish Marine Environmental Enhancement Fund. James has also held various leadership positions, including Convener of the Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park Authority and interim CEO of RYA Scotland. A seasoned professional in governance and leadership, James holds qualifications in Performance Psychology, Leadership, and Oceanography from prestigious institutions, including The University of Edinburgh and the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
