Simon Te Hennepe

Simon te Hennepe has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Simon started their career in 2007 as a Project Leader for organizational and process improvement at Hoftijzer Lochem bv. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Business System Engineer at TenCate Protective Fabrics Europe. Simon then transitioned into finance roles at the same company, starting as a Business Controller from 2010 to 2013, where they were involved in profit improvement, sales, logistics, and operations projects. Simon then became a Controller from 2014 to 2019, responsible for planning and control coordination. From 2019 to 2022, Simon was the Manager Finance & Control Europe at TenCate Protective Fabrics Europe, leading the finance team and participating in various strategic projects. Currently, they are the Manager Business Control at EuroParcs, responsible for the business control department and involved in strategic change projects. In 2023, Simon will assume the role of Head of Finance for the Tourism division at EuroParcs.

From 2003 to 2007, Simon attended Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen and obtained a Bachelor of Economics degree with a specialization in Bedrijfseconomie.

In 2010 to 2012, Simon enrolled in NIVE Opleidingen and completed their HOFAM program, acquiring the qualification of a Qualified Controller.

In 2014, Simon attended TSM Business School for their Management Development Program.

From 2018 to 2020, Simon pursued an Executive Master's degree in Finance and Control at the University of Amsterdam, graduating with the degree of RC.
