Daniela Ruiz Ornelas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Head of People at xpd global since 2022, Daniela previously held the position of Talent Growth Senior Manager at Europartners since June 2010, specializing in talent retention, recruitment and selection, compensation planning, organizational communication and events, and performance evaluation in the international freight forwarding sector. Daniela holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development from Universidad de Monterrey (2017-2019) and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a focus on Labor Psychology from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León (2005-2010).
