Melissa Galia

Melissa (Mel) Galia has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Melissa (Mel) is currently the Head of Learning and Development at Europass Teacher Academy, where they lead a team of trainers and delivers training courses to school teachers from all over Europe. Prior to this, they worked as a Learning and Development Specialist at the International Coaching Federation, where they provided coaching services to individuals, teams, and groups. Melissa (Mel) also held the role of Trainer and Project Manager at Allenati per l'Eccellenza, where they guided students to become coaches and achieve certification. Mel has experience as a Human-centered Change Facilitator at Matter Group, overseeing change journeys for organizations. Melissa (Mel) served as a Programme Assistant at UNESCO, managing campaigns and conferences, and held the position of Development Communications Manager at Microsol, working on development communications and partnership development. Mel has also worked in social innovation research and strategy consulting at ALTAREA and as a Public Relations Communication jr Manager at Nao Editora. Melissa (Mel) has experience in campaign management at Escala City and served as an L&D Project Manager at Be one - Inclusive Fashion, where they facilitated workshops and lessons for young models from disadvantaged communities. Mel brings a range of skills in training, coaching, change facilitation, project management, and communications.
