Suzanne Noemie O'Donnell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and customer satisfaction. Currently serving as the Group Customer Satisfaction Manager and Product Manager at Europcar Mobility Group since July 2016, Suzanne is responsible for the Leisure business line's key performance indicators, P&L, product management, and market insights. Prior roles include International Product Manager at DIA Group, where responsibility encompassed procurement and private label product development, and Assistant to Product Manager at Roche, focusing on launching new cancer drugs.
