Andrey Smolyakov

Andrey Smolyakov is a co-founder and managing partner of CPAlab, an affiliate marketing agency with over eight years in the market and 15 years of experience in affiliate marketing. Additionally, Andrey serves as a business trainer for the EBRD's Going Digital program, aimed at equipping women entrepreneurs with essential digital skills. Previously, Andrey co-founded Clickability, a successful full-service digital agency, and held the position of business development director at prodengi.kz. Early career experience includes serving as the deputy head of the automatic dispatch control system department at the Energy Network and Supply Project Institute. Andrey holds a master’s degree in Power Energy and a bachelor’s degree in Electrification and Automation from Kazakh National Agricultural University, with further education at IE Business School and Maryland Technology Enterprise Institute.
