Christian Raynal

Christian Raynal is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in quantitative analysis and risk management. Currently serving as Library Development Lead and Associate Director, Senior Risk Officer at EBRD since June 2016, Christian oversees the development of risk management models and analytics to ensure compliance with industry standards. Prior roles include Fixed Income Quantitative Analyst and Model Validation Specialist at UBS, where Christian conducted in-depth analyses for trading and became an expert in various complex financial models. Earlier experience includes positions at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking, Fortis Bank Global Clearing NV, and EDF, contributing to quantitative risk assessment and model implementation.
