Hande Ezgi Aydin

Hande Ezgi Aydin currently serves as the Digital Workplace Product Owner and Principal Change Manager at EBRD, leading change initiatives and managing transformation projects to enhance client services and modernize operational practices through technology optimization. With prior experience as a Performance Improvement Consultant at PwC, Hande has supported various sectors in delivering change and performance improvements. Earlier roles include Associate Consultant at PwC and Marketing Assistant at Pfizer, where analytical skills were employed to assess market dynamics. Hande holds an MSc in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science and dual Bachelor's degrees in Economics and Business Administration from Boğaziçi University, along with an Erasmus exchange experience at HEC Paris.
