Nargiz Eldarova

Nargiz Eldarova, FRM, is a seasoned risk management professional with extensive experience in financial institutions credit risk. Currently serving as Principal Risk Manager and VP at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) since October 2017, Nargiz has a robust background in managing high-risk portfolios. Previous roles include Associate Risk Officer and Analyst within the EBRD's risk management teams and a banker in the Manufacturing & Services sector. Prior experience includes serving as a Risk Analyst at the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan and a Consultant at Deloitte & Touche CIS. Nargiz holds a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor's degree in World Economy from Azerbaijan State University of Economics, along with a summer program in Management at BI Norwegian Business School.
