Sergey Nazarov

Sergey Nazarov, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment management, business consulting, and financial oversight. Currently serving as Acting Co-Director and Head of Financial Institutions Operations & Portfolio at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Sergey manages a debt investment portfolio valued at $1.5 billion. Prior to this role, Sergey operated as a Business and Finance Consultant, where work involved establishing committees to enhance risk management and strategic planning for clients. Experience also includes positions as Managing Director for Standard & Poor's in Russia/CIS, Fund Manager at Renaissance Capital, and Senior Banker at EBRD, along with foundational work as a Senior Audit Consultant at PwC. Sergey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Khabarovsk State Academy of Economics and Law.
