Shona Tatchell

Shona (Lees) Tatchell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the banking and trade facilitation sectors. Currently serving as the Director of the EBRD Trade Facilitation Programme, Shona has previously held significant positions including Business Development for EMEA Banking at Coalition Greenwich, CEO and Founder of Halotrade, and Director of Innovation, Trade and Working Capital at Barclays Bank plc. Additionally, Shona acted as Global Head of Financial Institutions in Trade & Working Capital at Barclays and served as Senior Manager for Structured Trade and Advisory at HSBC Bank plc. Shona holds a Joint Honours MA in Modern Languages and Linguistics, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Modern Languages from the University of Oxford, where studies were completed from 1982 to 1986.
