Tiago Oliveira

Tiago Oliveira, Ph.D., is a Principal Economist at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) since July 2018, specializing in I&RM SIG and serving as an Associate in Climate Strategy and Delivery. Prior experience includes a role as a Researcher in Energy and Environmental Economics at the Research Unit on Public Policies from April 2017 to July 2018 and a Lecturer in Microeconomics at Universidade do Porto in 2016. Tiago Oliveira has also worked as a Researcher in Energy Economics at the Public Agency for Science and Technology from 2012 to 2015 and at the Center for Economics and Finance in 2011. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Universidade do Porto, along with a stint as a Visiting Ph.D. Researcher at the Barcelona School of Economics.
