Velichka Aydarova

Velichka Aydarova has extensive work experience, primarily with the EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development). Velichka has held various roles at EBRD, including Global Talent Development Lead: Strategic Workforce Upskilling & Banking Skills and Global Diversity and Inclusion & Employee Engagement Lead, Talent Management. Prior to joining EBRD, Velichka worked as a Marketing and Fundraising Strategy Consultant at Alisei ONG Onlus. Velichka also has experience as a Teacher in French Language and Literature at Foreign Language High School Fr. Lamartine and FL High School B. Brecht. Velichka has a strong background in learning and development and has led various areas in L&D and talent activities.

Velichka Aydarova has a diverse education history. Velichka obtained a Bachelor's degree in French Studies, Pedagogy, and Andragogy from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, with a scholarship S.Erasmus at University Ch. de Gaulle in Lille, France. Velichka then pursued further education at the University of National and World Economy, focusing on Marketing and Advertising from 2002 to 2004. Velichka completed their Master's degree in Public Management at SDA Bocconi from 2005 to 2007, where they were awarded a scholarship from the Italian Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, Velichka has obtained various certifications, such as Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, Design Thinking, Executive Coach, Systemic Team Coach, Insights, Gallup Certified Strengths-Based Coach, Korn Ferry Competency Framework and Coaching, Hogan Psychometric testing and coaching, as well as Level A and Level B Psychometric testing. Velichka has pursued these certifications from reputable institutions like Prosci, INSEAD Executive Education, AoEC - The Academy of Executive Coaching, Insights, Gallup, Korn Ferry, Psychological Consultancy Ltd, and The British Psychological Society.
