Venera Vlad

Venera Vlad is an experienced professional with a strong background in finance and environmental programs. Currently serving as Associate Director and Senior Banker at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development since November 2008, Venera has demonstrated expertise in managing financial projects. Prior to this role, Venera held the position of Director of EU Programmes at the Ministry of Environment from November 2001 to November 2008. Venera's career began as an Engineer at AL Gurg Fosroc LLC from 1995 to 1996. Educational qualifications include a degree in Economics with a focus on Foreign Affairs from Academia de Studii Economice din București, completed between 1992 and 1998, and a degree in Engineering from Universitatea Tehnică de Construcții București, earned from 1985 to 1990.
