Richard Kellner

Richard Kellner is a seasoned cybersecurity and technology expert with extensive experience in both national and European financial regulatory frameworks. Currently serving as a Slovak Delegate across multiple platforms, including the European Central Bank's TIBER-EU Knowledge Centre and DORA IT Task Force, Richard leads initiatives that enhance cybersecurity measures and promote technological alignment among competent authorities. Previously, as a Cybersecurity Oversight Expert at Národná banka Slovenska, Richard led the TIBER Cyber Team and managed the development of innovative supervisory information systems. With a strong foundation in software engineering from various roles at Erigones and Premier IT, Richard is also a founding member and former chairman of SPy o. z., fostering the Python programming community in Slovakia. Richard holds a MicroMasters in Cybersecurity from Rochester Institute of Technology and a degree in Information Technology from Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave.
