Prior to this, Jan has held various leadership roles within the company, including Senior Team Lead and Supervisor. Jan also has experience working at McKinsey & Company as an Associate and Risk Practice Specialist. Jan holds a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Mannheim and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the same institution. Additionally, Jan has studied as an exchange student at both BI Norwegian Business School and QUT (Queensland University of Technology).
