Martin Rose

Martin Rose is an experienced banking supervision professional currently serving as Team Lead at the European Central Bank since June 2014, overseeing projects related to the Supervisory Review and Evaluation Process (SREP) methodology. With a background that includes roles as Principal Supervisor and Banking Supervision Expert at the same institution, Martin has played a key role in developing and maintaining harmonized SREP methodologies for Less Significant Institutions (LSIs). Prior to this, Martin worked at Banque de France as a Supervision Expert, analyzing financial risks in the insurance sector, and at SGCIB in various roles including Junior Economist and Structured Products Sales and Marketing Associate. Martin's educational credentials include an MSc in Finance from Sciences Po and degrees in Mathematics and Engineering from Université Henri Poincaré and Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Nancy.
