Oisín Horgan is an Analyst in Supervisory Methodology at the European Central Bank since September 2023, specializing in technology risk and counterparty credit risk within a Joint Supervisory Team. Previously, Oisín served as a Seminar Leader at Trinity Business School, guiding undergraduate students in 'Fundamentals of Management & Organisation'.
