Frauke Balks

Frauke Balks is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) as a Human Resources Officer specializing in Recruitment since June 2007, and previously served as a Human Resources Specialist. Prior experience includes a role as a Technical Translator at Miele Australia and a Human Resources Assistant at Amnesty International Australia. Frauke also gained foundational experience in technical translations and database management as a Student Employee at the Fraunhofer Institute for Systems and Innovation Research ISI. Academically, Frauke holds a Master's degree in Economics and Diplomacy from Monash University and a Master's in International Business Studies with a focus on International HR Management from Paderborn University, complemented by studies at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
