Gabriella P.

Gabriella P. is an experienced IT support specialist currently working at the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC) since 2022. Prior to this role, Gabriella served at Malmö stad from 2018 to 2022, progressing through various IT support positions, including 3rd Line IT Support Technician with a focus on Identity and Access management, and supporting users at all levels. Earlier experience includes serving as an ICT Operations Trainee at the European Maritime Safety Agency, where responsibilities included datacentre management and IT operations, as well as a role in First Line Support at Innovaway, providing multi-language service desk support for international clients.
