N. Madjiguene Thiam

N. Madjiguene Thiam is a seasoned professional in international development and electoral processes, currently serving as the Head of Programmes and Resources Mobilization and Project Coordinator for the Projet d'Appui au Parlement et Processus Electoraux au Tchad at the Centro Europeo di Assistenza Elettorale since September 2017.
