At DeepTech & Climate Fonds, Julia was responsible for setting up the fund as part of the investment team. The DeepTech & Climate Fonds is a new investment fund in the field of high technology (deep-tech) that is financed by the Zukunftsfonds and the ERP special assets fund. The fund invests in the hidden champions of tomorrow and helps to create the next generation of technology-based companies in the German Mittelstand and to strengthen the competitiveness of the German economy in the long term. For this purpose, a total investment volume of up to 1 billion euros is available in the coming ten years.

At High-Tech Gründerfonds, Julia was a junior investment analyst focused on life sciences and chemistry. High-Tech Gründerfonds is a seed investor that finances high-potential, tech-driven start-ups. With around EUR 900 million in total investment volume across three funds and an international network of partners, HTGF has already helped forge almost 600 start-ups since 2005.

Julia Seeliger has a Master of Science in Business Administration: Finance from Wirtschafts- und Sozialwissenschaftliche Fakultät der Universität zu Köln and a Bachelor of Science in Volkswirtschaftslehre from Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn.
