Oksana Aliieva is a professional with extensive experience in environmental management and climate change initiatives. Currently serving as a Senior Associate in the Central and Eastern European Department at the European Climate Foundation, Oksana manages networks of partner organizations and supports the team in strategic priorities related to energy transition and renewable development. Prior to this role, Oksana was a Program Coordinator at the Heinrich Boell Foundation, overseeing strategic planning and project management focused on climate change mitigation and green energy transition. Previous positions include roles as an Environmental Consultant and Project Manager, emphasizing environmental assessments, public participation in governance, and development of environmental safety programs. Oksana holds an Engineer's Degree in Environmental Engineering Technology from Warsaw University of Technology, a Master's degree in Environmental Safety, and a Specialist degree in Finance from National Aviation University.
