Wichaya Rosy

Wichaya Rosy currently serves as the HR Data, Process & HRIS Manager at the European Climate Foundation, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Wichaya held the title of Business and Integration Arch Manager at Accenture from March 2022 to December 2023. Wichaya has extensive experience in HRIS and change management, having worked as a Managing Consultant at Tamahris, where management of post-implementation services for CornerstoneOnDemand and TalentLink was a key responsibility. Previous positions include leading organizational readiness at Ingersoll Rand Asia Pacific and serving as an HRIS Analyst and HR Business Partner for the EMEA region. Wichaya began a career in talent management and executive search at Manpower and holds a BA in Liberal Arts from Thammasat University and an International Baccalaureate from Pearson College UWC.
