Dalila B. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital health, AI, and blockchain technologies. Currently serving as a European Commission Expert Evaluator since March 2024, Dalila is also a member of the WOMEN IN TECH - Global Movement and an organizer of the State of the Block Summit, which explores the intersection of AI, blockchain, and various industries. As a senior advisor consultant in Medtech, Life Sciences, and Health Innovation since November 2019, Dalila focuses on disruptive health digital transformation. Additionally, Dalila holds leadership roles at DATACHAIN FOUNDATION® as COO and Communication and Partnership Lead, while previously advising startups in e-health and clinical trials.
