Guillaume Langlois D'Estaintot

Guillaume Langlois d'Estaintot serves as a Policy Officer for Critical Raw Materials at the European Commission since September 2025, working within the Directorate-General for International Partnerships (DG INTPA) after previously being seconded from the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA). From April 2021 to September 2025, Guillaume held the position of Policy Officer to the European Union at Agence Française de Développement (AFD), focusing on delegated funds in regions such as Sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America, and aligning strategies with European stakeholders on various sectors including agriculture and health. Additionally, Guillaume worked as a Project Manager in the Social Link Division at AFD, leading investments in Cultural and Creative Industries.
