Joel Vandoorne has extensive work experience in various roles within different companies. Joel worked as a Quality Assurance Test Lead at the European Commission - Executive Agency for Competitiveness & Innovation in 2013. In the same year, they also served as a Test Manager at Trasys. Prior to that, they worked at VOO as an E2E Validation Test Lead in 2012. In 2011, they were an Expert Project Service Delivery & Operations at Banque de la Poste, and before that, they were a Test Manager End to End at bpost from 2010 to 2011. In 2010, they briefly worked as a Consultant at Quasus. Joel also has experience in Incident & Duty Management at Thales Communications and as a Consultant at QSpin, both in 2008. Joel started their career in 1999 at PROXIMUS, where they worked as a TEST ANALYST MEDIATION and Analyst until 2005. Joel began their professional journey as a Shop Manager at Exell in 1996.
Joel Vandoorne's education history includes obtaining an ISTQB/ISEB Foundation Level Certification in 2010 and attending Vlerick Business School in 2009 for a course in Strategy Focused studies. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2009, Joel gained valuable experience in engineering through company involvement. Additionally, they attended Collège St Quirin from 1991 to 1993, focusing on Company Management.
