Massimiliano Kadar

Massimiliano Kadar is an accomplished professional in the field of competition law, currently serving as the Head of Unit A.4 - ECN and private enforcement at the DG COMP of the European Commission. Previously, Massimiliano held the position of Deputy Head of Unit A.1, focusing on antitrust case support and policy, as well as Deputy Head of Unit in Unit C.1, which specialized in antitrust issues in telecommunications. Academic credentials include an LLM in Competition Law from King's College London and a THEMIS joint certificate in International Business and European Law from Freie Universität Berlin. Massimiliano has also contributed to academia as a Visiting Lecturer at Freie Universität Berlin and a Visiting Fellow at King's College London, alongside early career experiences as a stagiaire at both the European Commission and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
