Patricia Soler

Patricia Soler serves as the Managing Director and Co-founder of Seeding Energy since January 2018 and holds the position of President of the board of trustees at Fundación NPH since July 2023. Additionally, Patricia is a Lecturer in Change Management at Gdańsk University of Technology and engages in teaching People Management and Change Management at ICHEC Brussels Management School. An Accredited Trainer and Facilitator for the European Commission, Patricia also lectures in Human Resources Management at EU Business School and works as a Senior Consultant for PeopleSmart SAS. Former roles include Coach and Executive Trainer at SAMSKARA TransMission and Chief Commercial Officer at the Institute of Passion. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Universitat de Barcelona and multiple certifications in coaching, change management, and emotional intelligence from various prestigious institutions.
