Maddalena Procopio

Maddalena Procopio is a distinguished expert in African politics, currently serving as a Senior Policy Fellow for Africa at the European Council on Foreign Relations since April 2023, and as an Associate Research Fellow for the Africa Programme at ISPI - Istituto per gli Studi di Politica Internazionale since February 2018. Previous roles include working as an Analista Politica focused on Sub-Saharan Africa at Eni and as an Associate Tutor in Politics and International Studies at the University of Warwick.
