Bérengère Giraud

Bérengère Giraud is a seasoned procurement and vendor management professional with extensive experience at the European Central Bank, serving in multiple senior roles since September 2017, including Chief Services Office Senior Expert and Senior Contract and Vendor Management Expert. Bérengère has a proven track record in strategic sourcing, vendor relationship enhancement, and successful project leadership, notably in digitalisation efforts. Previously, Bérengère worked at the ITER Organization from January 2009 to August 2017, overseeing significant procurement processes within an R&D context focused on fusion energy, managing a substantial annual budget, and developing procurement systems.
