Maximilian Hoge

Maximilian Hoge is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and compensation management. Currently serving as HR Controller and Compensation Manager at EDG Deutschland Service GmbH since December 2022, Maximilian previously held the position of HR Controlling Experte at Eurofins from June 2022 to November 2022. Prior to this, Maximilian contributed as HR-Manager at Taylor Wessing Germany from October 2019 to June 2022 and worked as HR-Controller at Biesterfeld Group between May 2016 and September 2019. Maximilian holds a Bachelor of Science in Wirtschaftsmathematik from the University of Hamburg, completed in 2016.
