Susann Just-Marx

Susann Just-Marx has a diverse work experience, starting as a Trainee at European Energy Exchange AG from February 2014 to December 2015. Susann then worked as a Key Account Manager Clearing from January 2016 to December 2017 and later as a Senior Sales Manager Clearing from December 2017 to April 2020. From May 2020, they held the position of Head of Clearing Sales at the same company. In 2018, they served as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Deutsche Börse. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant at d-fine GmbH in 2013 and as a Human Resources Manager at Deutsche Bundesbank from October 2009 to October 2010.

Susann Just-Marx obtained a Diploma (Dipl.-Betriebswirtin FH) in Business Administration, Banking, and Finance from the University of Applied Sciences of Deutsche Bundesbank, Hachenburg, from 2006 to 2009. Susann then pursued a Master of Science degree with Honors in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of Regensburg from 2010 to 2013. Additionally, they completed a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Economics from Murray State University from 2011 to 2012. Susann Just-Marx has also obtained several certifications, including Strategic Skills for Members of Supervisory Boards from The Berlin School of Economics and Law in 2020, Certified Supervisory Board Member from Deutsche Börse in December 2019, Certified Energy Manager (Energiewirtschaftsmanager) from Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences in 2018, and Certified Clearing Specialist from Eurex Clearing in 2016.
