Expert In Networks And Systems Coordination at European Environment Agency

Ana Cardoso is an experienced professional with a strong background in research, teaching, and coordination of systems related to environmental and information technology. Currently serving as an Expert in networks and systems coordination at the European Environment Agency since November 2020, Cardoso previously contributed to the UNEP Copenhagen Climate Centre as a Researcher and Postdoc, focusing on the Capacity-Building Initiative for Transparency Global Coordination Platform. Cardoso has also collaborated with Centro ALGORITMI during Ph.D. studies, interned at the National University of Singapore, and served as a Visiting Scholar at the Terry College of Business. Prior teaching roles involved computer literacy and management of organizations, complemented by early experience as an Administrative Assistant in the banking sector. Cardoso holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems and Technologies from Universidade do Minho, along with degrees in Business Informatics and Economics from Coimbra Business School and Universidade de Coimbra, respectively.
