Nikolaj Bock

Nikolaj Bock is an experienced professional in international environmental engagement and EU affairs, currently serving as an Expert on International Engagement at the European Environment Agency since March 2022. Previously, Nikolaj held roles such as Senior Advisor on EU Affairs at Nordisk Råd og Nordisk Ministerråd, and Special Advisor on International Affairs at the European Environment Agency, where responsibilities encompassed sustainable development and regional cooperation, notably in Arctic affairs. Early career positions included Head of Section at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark, a Natural Resources Officer at the European External Action Service, and various advisory roles within UK government ministries. Nikolaj Bock holds a Master's Degree in Environmental Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from the University of Copenhagen.
