Jj Rowland

JJ Rowland is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sports management and communications. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development and Marketing and Head of Media and Communications at the European Handball Federation since December 2010, JJ Rowland oversees the federation's media-related activities and manages the communications team. Previously, JJ Rowland held the position of VELUX EHF FINAL4 Manager at EHF Marketing GmbH, where responsibilities included organizing the inaugural EHF FINAL4 event. Earlier roles include serving as the Editor-in-Chief for the European Handball Championship website and as Marketing Supervisor for the Men's EHF Champions League. JJ Rowland also contributed to sports management at Wellington School, focusing on the establishment of sports facilities. Educational qualifications include a BA and MSc in European Studies and Sports Management from Loughborough University, complemented by A-Levels in German, Economics, and Geography from Bury College.
