Pietro Michea

Pietro Michea is a legal professional with extensive experience in European law and governance. Currently serving as Legal Manager at the European Health and Digital Executive Agency (HaDEA) since August 2022, Pietro previously held the position of Legal Adviser at the European Research Executive Agency (REA) from April 2021 to July 2022. Between March 2017 and March 2021, Pietro contributed to the European Commission as a Legal Officer and Audit Liaison Officer. Earlier in the career, Pietro was an Associate Lawyer and Head of the Brussels office at De Berti Jacchia Franchini Forlani from July 2011 to March 2017. The legal journey began as a Legal Intern at Pavia e Ansaldo from July 2008 to June 2009. Pietro's academic credentials include a Diploma in Advanced European Studies with a focus on European Union law from the European College of Parma Foundation and studies at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, as well as Liceo Classico and Università degli Studi di Bari.
