Luis Boada

Luis Boada is a seasoned consultant specializing in strategy, financing, and technology transfer for public research organizations and technology centers in Spain and Portugal. Luis currently serves as a Senior Consultant at Effectia Innovation Solutions and holds positions as an Expert at BioExpert Network and an Expert Evaluator for the EIC Accelerator with the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA). As a Corporate Development and Innovation Consultant since January 2015, Luis has led fractional CFO roles, business planning, and fundraising strategy for various ventures. A co-founder of SmartHAPS, Luis has extensive experience in aerospace and MedTech sectors, serving as CFO at Marsi Bionics and in corporate development roles at Satlantis and AlphaSIP. Academically, Luis holds multiple degrees, including an Executive MBA from IE Business School and a master's degree in International Commerce from Universidad Pública de Navarra.
