With extensive experience in strategy consulting and innovation, Rafaela founded Aelon Consulting Group and has held various advisory roles, including Tech Commercialization Mentor at EISMEA and reviewer for the National Science Foundation's SBIR/STTR program. Rafaela's educational background includes a PhD in Chemistry/Nanotechnology/Biochemistry/Advanced Materials from Florida Institute of Technology, an MBA from UMass Amherst, and a BS in Chemistry/Biochemistry from Barry University.
