David Levy FCCA is an experienced finance professional with a robust career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Senior Head of Unit for Accounting, Reporting, and Payments at the European Investment Bank since August 2001, David oversees a team responsible for accounting and reporting of administrative expenses and payments. Prior roles at the European Investment Bank include Head of Administrative Expenses Unit, Senior Coordination Officer, and Head of Unit Financial Reporting Division, emphasizing expertise in budget coordination, financial statements production, and management of accounts. Previous experience includes positions as Financial Business Controller at Bank of Bermuda New York LTD and Financial Controller at Morgan Stanley, along with earlier roles in management accounting and financial analysis. David holds a Professional Accounting Qualification from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from City St George’s, University of London.
